3 minutes walk to Rialto bridge, we went there 8am in the morning, there is no people on the bridge so u can take as much pictures with nice cannel view as possible. Less than 5 minutes walk to Rialto Market ferry port and the market. Opposite the bridge there are 2 supermarkets and many nice restaurants. It's pity we just stay 1 night, but we still got chance to see both day and night view of Venice since it's located in the best place of Venice. And the luggage storage service works super nice.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke, sehr sauber, sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr gut organisiert, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location! The unit has everything you need for a great stay. The full kitchen also has a microwave, a dishwasher and washing machine! It very comfortably sleeps 4. The main room has a minisplit a/c unit which very effectively cools the unit.
− The main room which contains a double bed needs a small sofa or a couple of chairs.

Tolles Apartement im Herzen Venedigs

Eine zweckmässige, schöne Wohnung, nur ein paar Schritte von der berühmten Rialto-Brücke weg. Man ist also mitten im Herzen Venedigs. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Grösse, sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer ist es ruhig und man kann sie gut verdunkeln. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, wir haben sie jedoch nur für das Frühstück genutzt. Es hat viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir haben jedoch die Touri-Fallen mit Blick auf die Rialtobrücke gemieden und in Richtung San Polo tolle Restaurants gefunden. Auf der anderen Seite des Canale Grande hat es auch ein Supermarkt (5 Min.) mit dem nötigsten (z.B. für unser Frühstück). Ein weiteres Plus war auch, dass wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch deponieren und den Tag so noch geniessen konnten. Alberto war sehr höflich und aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Great location - nice updated unit!

Great location, clean room, full kitchen with microwave (the only place out of 7 stays in Europe that had one!), dish washer, washing machine, was fully stocked. Lots of storage space and windows. Good communication from host.
− The primary bed mattress sags on both sides quite a bit so the center of the matters has a raised hump. I could sleep still though. Also the air conditioner works well if you close the pocket doors to the kitchen and bathroom but the second bedroom needs its own unit because it is still warm in there even with the fan. Overall it was still worth it to stay here and I would do it over again.
