9.0I needed a large apt with lots of beds as I was traveling with my husband and 6 kids. This was great and had plenty of beds. It was also nice because there were two bathrooms. Nothing fancy or extra but great for a place to crash,
− The only thing that we didn;t like it that it was difficult to find. Venice is a tricky place but this was hard. We winded up having to go into a cafe and ask if they knew. They called the owner who gave us directions since we were close,

− Viajamos en verano y hace mucho calor. El departamento no tiene aire acondicionado pero se indicaba en la publicación que en los dormitorios habia ventiladores sin embargo en uno de los dormitorios no habia (8 personas 4 dormitorios). Cuando le solicitamos un ventilador más al host nos respondió que solo había 3 y que no nos iba a llevar el que faltaba, y no nos volvió a responder los mensajes. Otros aspectos menores pero también decepcionante, las toallas de ducha tenían el tamaño de una toalla de mano, en el hall de entrada hay tachos de basura con muy mal olor.

10.0Perfect house! Very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the position amazing. Less than 10-15min walk to Piazza San Marco and situated in a very quiet street. We will come back for sure. Thanks
