10.0Schöne, helle und luftige Wohnung, die alles hatte, was man braucht. Tolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, super freundliche Hosts und Service, Hilfestellung, wenn es Fragen gab. Sehr gute Lage, für große und kleine Sightseeingtouren. Das Haus ist innen liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Ist allerdings nix für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. (Viele Treppen, wenn man nicht im unteren Appartement wohnt). Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Viiieeelen Dank an das Team!!!
− Einzige Anmerkung in dieser Rubrik wäre, dass auf dem Kanal vor dem Haus Betrieb, wie auf einer Hauptstraße ist. Es gibt viel zum Schauen, aber es ist auch schon recht früh am Tag Action mit der Müllabfuhr und sonstigen Wasserfahrzeugen. Durch Schließen der Fenster, kann man die Geräuschkulisse aussperren. Dank Klimaanlage - perfekt. Wir würden dieses Apartment trotzdem jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

8.0Lokalizacja, bardzo ładnie odnowiony budynek. Dobre rozwiązanie z kodem do drzwi, nie musisz mieć żadnych kluczy.
− Klimatyzacja była fatalna. Przydałoby się sprzątanie co 2 lub 3 dzień.

10.0Quirkiness of the modular sleeping arrangements. Canal view. Two shower rooms with teenagers is also very useful.
Big spacious but quiet expensive. Great location near Waterbus station and other sightseeings
7.0The room is big. My kids especially the youngest like bunk bed so he was the most happy amongst us. Plenty of space for everyone. They message me through whatsapp about instructions and they have assigned a guy waiting for us in Realto waterbus station to help us to get into our place. You have to walk to the apartment if the guy is not with us it's quiet tricky to find it. Did not realised they offer laundry so i'm pleased when he mentioned a self service laundry upstairs with free detergent to use. The guy (sorry forgot his name) is very nice to advice us of any attractions or location we need to visit. I have booked a gondola ride and don't know the location and he is kind to check it on the map.
− First night my husband wasnt able to shower as we runout of hot water we thought it was any switch that we accidentally pressed but it's not. Have to wait til 9am to message them coz appartenly that's the working hours. They came the next day morning while we are out and fixed it. Also I'm not sure whether we left our sony headphone in the apartment. No lifts so we have to drag suitcases using stairs. The building i'm not sure if a hotel or something but looks like a hotel set up but wasn't sure if our room itself is part of it.
All was great - beautiful apartment, good location.
