− Köket kunde ha varit bättre utrustat med tanke på att lägenheten är avsedd för fyra personer. Vi hade också uppskattat om det hade funnits en flaska vatten i lägenheten vid ankomsten. Temperaturen var nästan 40 grader. De flesta hotell och lägenheter erbjuder åtminstone en flaska vatten till gästerna när de anländer. Detta skulle vara särskilt uppskattat under sommaren i Venedig, framför allt eftersom det inte finns någon mataffär i direkt närhet.

− Klimaanlage de facto nicht funktionsfähig. Dauerhafte 29 grad Celsius im Apartment und nur ein Raum klimatisiert. Nachdem wir den Vermieter informiert haben, meinte er 29 grad wären doch eine angenehme Temperatur. Wir waren mit einem Baby auf Urlaub und wären auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen gewesen. Klare Kundentäuschung.
