appartamento ampio, con camere spaziose e letti comodi, la sala con due divani, bagni e docce pulite e molto comode (2 bagni, tre docce compresa la sauna ,magari sarebbero servite le istruzioni x poterla usare) Veramente bellissimo appartamento, ideale per visitare Venezia.

− Diverse lampade o led non funzionanti, mancanza di una tovaglia x il tavolo, avremmo gradito la possibilità di fare raccolta differenziata.

This property was perfect for a family stay, it’s spacious, clean, comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. Mr Sandy was really helpful, we stayed for my daughters 18th and I spoke to the staff before arrival hoping to get some balloons or something to mark the special occasion, they went completely out there way getting me the best price and I was completely overwhelmed at the effort they went to and made my daughters birthday one she will never forget, I can’t thank them enough :)

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Good size rooms, dishwasher and washer dryer were useful. Modern facilities. Great location. Hosts were very responsive. They kindly allowed us to check in early which was appreciated as we had a very early morning flight. They also helped us book a private water taxi back to the airport.

− Some clearer instructions would be useful. We couldn’t find the property at first as there are no signs on the door identifying it as HAMMAM Venice. When we got into the property it was very cold but there was no information on how to heat up the apartment. We turned up the thermostat but the apartment remained very cold for 2 hours. It was only when I called the host he explained its underfloor heating and so takes some time to heat up. If we’d had that information earlier we would have turned it on before we went out. When we got drinking glasses out we noticed a red lipstick mark on one of the glasses- so we had to wash all the glasses, cups, plates and cutlery immediately. So someone wasn’t paying attention to whether the glasses were actually clean before they stored these away.
