It was a spacious apartment with comfortable beds. After spending time in the crowded touristy areas it was nice to go to our accommodations in the quiet areas.

Peaceful, spotless, and perfectly located for a wonderful stay in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautifully renovated, spotless, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the vaporetto stop is just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the centre in around 10 minutes, or about 25 minutes on foot through the park if you fancy a pleasant walk. The private garden was a lovely bonus, and Rebecca was an excellent host: kind, welcoming, and always helpful. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it

Top-Lage für Reisende mit Hunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet :) Der Garten ist toll, um sich am Abend vor der Hitze und der Sonne zu verstecken!

Sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln gab es bereits. Kontakt mit Besitzerin war sehr nett. Sie war stets erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum. Es ist ruhig, eine Vaporettostation in wenigen 100m- quasi direkt vor der Türe. Im Park davor gibt es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz. Zum Markusplatz zu Fuß sind es ca 35 min. Ideal um Venedig zu erkunden. Einen Einkauf erledigt man besser mit dem Vaporetto und fährt zu einem größeren Supermarkt. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.
