8.0The UPGRADE was excellent and we were taken care of immediately! The property manager (sorry can't remember her name) met us at the ORIGINAL property that was rented when we hit the snafoo OF someone else (MULTIPLE) someone else's being in the apartment we had booked.
− OUR situation was IMMEDITELY corrected w/and upgrade since myself OR my children no longer felt safe considering ALL of the units had been accessed by MULTIPLES of the occupants from a downstairs appartment.

− It was on the second floor. It was the loft apartment and the floors was very uneven. My husband is 6 foot two so going into the bathroom was very awkward due to the small bathroom door height

10.0Location was close to Battleship park and other attractions. Close to food. We really enjoyed the apt. It had the feel of home with everything one needs away from home.

The stay was ok
5.0The beds were comfy and it wasn't too far from restaurants.
− So everything looked clean but after about 10 min of my daughters walking around barefoot, the bottoms of their feet were so dirty.
I'd try another place next time
