Delusione totale: igiene carente e soggiorno tutt’altro che rilassante

La posizione

− Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti (2 adulti e 2 bambini) e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Già dall’ingresso della struttura era presente un cattivo odore. Una volta entrati nell’appartamento abbiamo scoperto che il secondo letto non era stato preparato: era necessario aprire autonomamente il divano letto e recuperare la biancheria da un cassetto. La biancheria del divano letto, pur sembrando lavata, presentava capelli, peli e numerosi pelucchi, dando una sensazione di scarsa igiene. Anche il bagno era in condizioni che abbiamo ritenuto inaccettabili: sulle pareti, sia vicino al lavabo sia accanto al WC, erano presenti macchie, schizzi e numerosi puntini scuri. Nella zona cucina tutto era unto e appiccicoso. In diverse zone dell’appartamento erano inoltre visibili segni di scarsa manutenzione. All’interno del frigorifero abbiamo trovato persino un deodorante/assorbiodori, dettaglio che ci ha lasciati piuttosto perplessi. Durante le notti il riposo è stato continuamente disturbato da schiamazzi e rumori provenienti da altri ospiti. Nonostante fosse esposto un cartello che vietava feste di addio al celibato e nubilato, abbiamo assistito a una situazione ben diversa, con musica, rumori e continui disturbi. Trattandosi di una prenotazione non rimborsabile e in un periodo in cui le alternative erano praticamente introvabili o a prezzi proibitivi, non abbiamo avuto una reale possibilità di cambiare sistemazione. Abbiamo aperto un reclamo tramite Booking, documentando con fotografie le condizioni dell’appartamento. La struttura non ha mai fornito una risposta concreta alle problematiche segnalate né ha mostrato disponibilità a riconoscere il disagio arrecato. È la prima volta, dopo numerose prenotazioni effettuate tramite Booking (sono Genius 3) che mi trovo costretto a lasciare una recensione così negativa.

Buena ubicación y cumple con lo necesario

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de la Gran Vía y con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y transporte. El apartamento estaba limpio, era cómodo y contaba con lo necesario para una estancia corta. El check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena.

− El único aspecto negativo fue el depósito de garantía de 100 €. Aunque el alojamiento libera la retención el mismo día del check-out, el tiempo que tarda el banco en reflejar la devolución puede superar los 10 días. Sería positivo informar este plazo con mayor claridad para evitar confusiones.

Très bonne adresse pour profiter de Madrid!

Il est très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Le métro et des lignes de bus sont à proximité. L’appartement est agréable et la climatisation bien utile parfois. Il y a un parking souterrain à 2 minutes pour 34 euros/jour.

− Il manque une passoire et peut-être quelques assiettes et verres supplémentaires.
