Anything but Deluxe. Needs to be either removed from market and fixed up or listed as budget accom

− The apartment was marketed as a 'Deluxe' apartment, but it was anything but that. Flooring was cracked in every room, the painting and finishing looked home-made (power points and light fittings had been half painted, shower door and sink in toilet were sealed in a very amateurish way, flooring levels are uneven from room to room and dont meet the door archatraves, wall paper damaged everywhere). The toilet had a toilet brush just sitting on the floor next to the toilet. All the furniture was cheap and/or damaged and quite frankly the apartment looked nothing like the images online. The overall impression is that as little money as possible was spent on this apartment. If this was billed as budget accomodation these things could possibly be forgiven, but we weren't paying for budget accomodation

Beds were comfy, host was easy to contact and responsive, flat was clean and had everything you need for a short or long stay. Location is great for travelling around the area. I would stay here again if I were to return to London.

Location and cleanliness were perfectly to our expectations, the separate bedrooms are perfect for multiple couples travelling together

− It was very stuffy in there, hard to let the hot air out, we were dripping with sweat just from sitting on the sofa, granted we stayed in London during a heatwave, still, almost too hot to sleep at night
