7.0Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, was ich in der Anzeige nicht sofort gesehen hatte. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, in dem eine Wohnung in drei Wohnungen aufgeteilt wurde. Das Badezimmer ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber in Ordnung. Das Einzige, was stört, ist der fehlende Stauraum, außer einem kleinen Regal. Man hat im Badezimmer selbst keine Möglichkeit, seine Sachen abzustellen. Die Ledermöbel sind im Sommer nicht besonders bequem. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, sodass wir uns gut abkühlen konnten. Auf den Fotos war eine Kommode zu sehen, die aber fehlte. Die Küche ist spärlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hat uns erwartet.

− Il check dell'appartamento chiudeva alle 23:00 e noi siamo arrivati alle 23:40 sapendo che avremmo dovuto pagare 20€ (come già segnato su booking nelle informazioni importanti). Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti all'host mi ha risposto che questi soldi servivano a pagare il taxi alla persona che ci avrebbe accolti, essendo fuori orario check in. Appena siamo arrivati davanti alla porta di casa, neanche il tempo di scrivere all'host che ci aveva già visti. Era lì a 20 metri quindi dubito che gli servissero realmente. La casa si è inizialmente presentata abbastanza bene nonostante un po' di sporcizia evidente. La cucina pareva ben fornita, con l'unica grandissima pecca di non avere le padelle/pentole - sempre a detta dell'host- per motivi igienici nei confronti dei prossimi ospiti (Altri 30€). Il wifi funzionava a scatti un po' male, la lavatrice non è funzionante e l'host ha consigliato di andare in una lavanderia (un'altra grande mancanza). L'acqua calda in cucina non andava. Tutto bene il bagno. Televisione senza segnale.

− No tenia ascensor, la ducha era incómoda, y no fueron capaces de cambiarnos las almohadas y tuvimos que comprarnos una porque eran demasiado gordas e incómodas
