10.0Vieta labai gera, nusileidus nuo kalno iškart senamiestis. Tylu, ramu. Kaimynai ramūs. Patekimas lengvas. Parkavimas yra nemokamas tik vienam automobiliui.

10.0It’s AMAZING!! I haven’t been to a nicer rental apartment in Kaunas. All details are very well thought through, you can see it’s a loved apartment. The host communication is fast and super pleasant. There is everything you need, from hair conditioner to dishwasher tablets, paper towels. The area is so cozy, it’s close to the old town but feels like suburbs around. We definitely recommend and would love to come back! Consider yourself lucky if you book this apartment :)
− Couldn’t use the balcony because a lot of mosquitoes outside. But the host even thought about that and put mesh around windows, so you can get fresh air inside without mosquitoes! Great place.

10.0Labai jauki vieta,ant kalnelio,su nedideliu balkonėliu. Butukas labai patiko,dideli langai,erdvu,jauku. Visko galima rasti puodeliai kava,lygintuvas,papildomi rankšluoščiai t.t Parkingas mašinai uždarame kieme. Šeiminkai irgi labai paslaugūs >3

9.0Izcila lokācija - pilnīgā klusumā un zaļumā, tikai 10 min kājām līdz Laisvei (bet jārēķinās, ka kāpnes 150 pakāpieni)! Balkons ar galdiņu un 2 krēsliem. Skaists, tīrs, plašs dzīvoklis. Iekļūšanas informācija savlaicīgi, vide droša, kodi, atslēgu kastīte - viss saprotami un viegli. Laba skaņas izolācija. Labs matracis guļamistabā. Bija atstātas kafijas kapsulas, paldies!
− Bijām 3 cilvēki, dzīvoklis domāts 4, bet krēsli? Izvelkamais dīvāns nav ērts, jo guļamā virsma sanāk nevis viengabalaina, bet sastāv no 2 atsevišķiem karkasiem un matračiem: ja guļ viens cilvēks, tad tik un tā uz vienas no pusēm, jo vidū veidojas sprauga. Pieņemu, ka dzivoklis ideāls 2 pieaugušajiem vai kopā ar 2 bērniem. Uzmanīgi pie izlietnes - tieši pret pieri skapīša stūris! Sievietēm gribētos spoguli pie ārdurvīm, ne tikai vannas istabā :)
