Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus – Perfekt für Gruppen & Familien. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Mit fünf Personen hatten wir mehr als genug Platz und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend: Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte – sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch in der Küche. Hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der toll angelegte Garten mit dem Pool. Es gab genügend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl direkt vor der Wohnung als auch am Pool, um die Sonne zu genießen. Trotz der schönen Außenanlage war immer für genügend Privatsphäre gesorgt. Fazit: Ein super Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

The entire development is excellent, with a communal garden and pool area with sun loungers, and a few apartments to suit everyone's needs.

− The information shown on the Spanish version of the Booking.com page is not accurate. Some of the units are not at garden level — they are up a flight of stairs, just like any regular apartment. However, the photos give the impression that all of them have direct access to the garden. Neither the website nor the booking confirmation email mentioned this important detail. In our case, it led to confusion and resulted in us renting something that simply wasn’t what we were looking for. When we arrived and saw the situation, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and shared the relevant documentation in a respectful way. Not only did he fail to acknowledge the issue, he immediately began to argue and attack us instead. His attitude was inappropriate for someone managing holiday rentals. We chose not to continue engaging with him out of fear he might evict us — with our three kids — on the spot. In summary: we paid for a house with direct access to the garden, and were given an attic instead. Unacceptable. Imagine going up and down stairs constantly with food, dishes, and three small children just to eat outside. The information provided does not match the reality, and this should be clearly stated before booking. Make sure you’re getting a ground-level house — not an attic. Yes, there is a shared garden and pool, but the “garden” of the attic opens onto a walkway, which means there is absolutely no privacy.

The room was very comfortable , clean and was equipped with everything i could think of . Great pool and location ! We got great recommendations included gps location for trips , restaurants ! I highly recommend it !!!!
