− Room is very small and the window cannot be closed completely due to the ac installation.
Disappointed in the condition of the room but the location was perfect.

− No mirror in the bathroom, shower water pressure was so low it was hard to rinse the shampoo out of your hair, light in bathroom is so dim taking a shower was like being in a dark cave. Trip hazard into the bathroom from floor not being at same level, and floor right outside the bathroom is spongy and feels like you may fall through, toilet so close to shower you almost have to sit sideways to use it, air conditioning is a portable unit that is so loud because it’s right next to the bed, I don’t think the carpet or baseboards have ever been cleaned, overall disappointed in the condition of the room but the location was the saving grace.
Good for an overnight stay.

− I was booked in for a twin room, got a single. I didn't complain as it didn't affect my stay. They charged me for leaving my bag in early even though I paid a lot for the room. The room itself is tiny. The AC was extremely loud. I had to haul my luggage up 4 flights of very narrow stairs. I would expect a lot better for the money I paid for the stay.
