Dimensioni alloggio e comfort vari, praticità degli spazi ed ubicazione dell'appartamento nella città. Nonostante manchi il parcheggio in prossimità della struttura ce ne sono parecchi a poche centinaia di metri

− Ingresso e pulizia dell'alloggio, molte posate non erano pulite nonostante fossero riposte nei cassetti e pronte per essere utilizzate, stesso discorso vale per le altre stoviglie, anche il piano cucina era un pò appiccicoso e chiaramente non sgrassato.
