− "Apartament" chociaż to za duże słowo, który otrzymaliśmy, nie był zgodny ze zdjęciami zamieszczonymi w ofercie na Booking.com. Rozumiem, że oferta może prezentować różne apartamenty, jednak zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlały wyglądu lokalu, który został nam przydzielony. Jego standard okazał się znacznie niższy, niż można było oczekiwać na podstawie prezentowanej oferty. Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej kamienicy i sprawia wrażenie mocno zaniedbanego. Drewniana podłoga była stara i rozeschnięta, a w szczelinach zalegał kurz. Ściany w wielu miejscach były zabrudzone i wymagały odświeżenia. Największe zastrzeżenia budziła łazienka. W kabinie prysznicowej widoczna była pleśń, szczotka do WC była zardzewiała, a słuchawka prysznicowa oraz bateria przy zlewie były pęknięte. Rozczarowujący był również zestaw przygotowany w kuchni. Kawa była przesypana do nieoznaczonego słoiczka i umieszczona w papierowej torbie wraz z innymi produktami. Olej był przelany do jakiejś butelki, płynu do naczyń i mydła w płynie pozostało jedynie niewiele, a w zestawie znajdowała się tylko jedna kapsułka do prania. Całość sprawiała mało estetyczne wrażenie i nie odpowiadała standardowi, jakiego oczekiwaliśmy. Cena nie była adekwatna do jakości noclegu. Uważam, że zdjęcia w ofercie powinny lepiej odzwierciedlać rzeczywisty wygląd i standard apartamentu, aby goście mogli podjąć świadomą decyzję przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt.

8.0L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Zona comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. Comunicazione via chat con il proprietario eccellente. L'appartamento è dotato di ciò che serve, va benissimo per un paio di giorni.

8.0La ubicación, a 15 minutos andando de la isla de los.museos, con una estacion de metro a 50 metros y que es un apartamento muy cuidado y con casi todo lo necesario.
− No está preparado para las temperaturas de Berlín de este verano Echamos en falta un ventilador.

Überteuert, renovierungsbedürftig und lieblos eingerichtet. Nur die Lage war gut.
3.0Die Lage ist das einzig Gute an der Wohnung
− Die Wohnung ist sehr überteuert und sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Sie bräuchte sowohl eine Grundreinigung als auch eine Renovierung. Zum Beispiel waren an den Wänden Feuchtigkeitsflecken oder insgesamt Flecken, der Feuermelder war mit einer Tüte bedeckt, der Duschkopf hielt nicht, Möbel fielen auseinander, außerdem überall Staub und Dreck an den Ecken. Für den Preis einfach unverschämt.
