− There was no hairdryer that felt a little uncomfortable, especially during the winter weather. The apartment is a little more worn out than in the photos.

− The bed was not stable and made noises
locked our car off and horrible customer support
1.0− they locked our car off, and didnt reapond to any messages or calls. we had to use taxi and they promised to refund us the costs but after one 1.5 months of contamt reminders, still failed to do so. overall service and support was non-existent and caused us lots of stress
