− Busse Richtung Bahnhof sind unregelmäßig gefahren

1.0The Internet was very fast. Not very far from City Center
− The entrace to the apartment looks like a ghetto. Very noisy by day and specially by night and Very dirty. It was really difficult to close the bathroom, door it was broken. By the first day a very strong smell of mould, probable due to water damage to the sealing in the smaller rooom.

9.0Lage an perleberger Straße, sehr belebte Straße, aber im Innenhof nichts davon zu hören, gute Busanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, geräumige Schlafzimmer, nette Mitbewohner im Haus und direkter Kontakt zu sehr nettem Vermieter, der alle Probleme umgehend gelöst hat.
− Gab leider nur die Küche als Aufenthaltsraum. Bei 2 Personen wäre das 2. Schlafzimmer auch ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Zu zweit also perfekt.

2.0Rien, excepté la bougie désodorisante pour camoufler les odeurs d'égouts
− La literie horrible, le bruit environnant, les odeurs nauséabondes de la salle de bain, le moisi du plafond, rdc face aux poubelles collectives de l'immeuble, les portes de chambres qui ne ferment pas et qui grincent, pas d'équipement ménager et sanitaire pour le séjour, présence d'oreillers sales et à plumes.
Uitstekend appartement voor nachtbrakers.
6.0Het had 2 slaapkamers. Fijne douche. De Keuken was goed uitgerust. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij het appartement. WiFi is goed.
− Het appartement is zeer gehorig vooral de slaapkamer naast de keuken. Tot diep in de nacht mensen die de trap op en af stormen. En regelmatig ging de ventilator in de badkamer aan. Wij waren gelukkig maar met 2 personen, moet er niet aan denken dat er meerdere personen s'nachts naar de toilet gaan. De badkamer heeft geen wastafel maar een wasbak waar je normaal alleen je handen wast. De binnenplaats leek wel een vuilstort. Ik ben zelf host van een appartement en zou dit mijn gasten niet durven aandoen.
