Ganz toll und besonders, wir kommen gerne wieder!
9.0Besondere Unterkunft direkt gegenüber des Bürgerparks in einem sehr schönen Innenhof mit Garten! Bei traumhaftem Wetter haben wir es nach unseren Touren sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Lage top - ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die uns auch mit Ausflugstipps und dem Hinweis auf frische Minze im Garten für Tee den Aufenthalt noch verschönt haben! Danke!

− Steile Beton Treppe zum Schlafzimmer, Bad nur unten. Bad mit ganz kleiner Dusche, defekter Tür.

Wohnung leider sehr abgerockt
6.0Ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof, schöner Innenhof, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, bis zur Innenstadt ca. 25 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn, Einkaufszentrum in fusslaeufiger Naehe.
− Die Wohnung hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Sehr enge Dusche mit Duschvorhang, Duschen ohne Überschwemmung kaum möglich (wie man auch an der Badezimmertür unschwer erkennen kann). Steile Treppe zum den Schlafräumen mit unterschiedlich hohen Stufen (gefährlich, wenn man nachts zur Toilette muss). Küchengeräte sehr runtergekommen, den Wasserkocher mussten wir vor Benutzung erstmal entkalken, das Backoeffchen war so dreckig, dass man es nicht benutzen konnte. Die ganze Wohnung roch muffig feucht. Für den Preis von 850€ für 4 Übernachtungen eine klare Enttäuschung.
