9.0Ottima zona per il centro congressi, silenziosa, presenza di ogni comfort (ho trovato phon, ferro da stiro, macchinetta del caffè, piccola cucina, materasso super comodo)

9.0La comunicación con anfitrion, contestaba enseguida, cualquier duda. Como el día anterior no lo tenía alquilado, nos permitió entrar antes, lo qué fue de gran ayuda. Ubicado en un buen barrio y cerca del transporte público y supermercados. La comodidad de la cama y aunque justos el menaje, para nosotros estuvo muy bien. Tiene un buen patio exterior y privado.
− Para personas con movilidad reducida, no sería apto, porque no dispone de ascensor y hay que bajar una planta. Había un poco de humedad en el ambiente, nosotros lo solucionamos con una estufa. Pienso que en verano será bastante fresco.

9.0Pulizia e ordine. Tutto nuovo. Disposizione della casa ottima e accogliente. Check-in e checkout autonomi. Indicazioni chiare e disponibilità dell'host. In generale, un'ottima sistemazione!
− Sono stata ad aprile e in casa faceva un po' freddo, nonostante fuori fosse mite. Sciacquone del water rumoroso e lento a caricare, ma tutto pulito e funzionante. La doccia era ottima però l'acqua calda è durata poco.

8.0Καθαρό, κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων και μετρό.Αν και ημιυπόγειο ήταν φωτεινό. Η θέρμανση αρκετά καλή και η εξυπηρέτηση με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογη.
− Κατεβαίνοντας τα σκαλοπάτια, μέχρι την είσοδο του καταλύματος,η όλη εικόνα έμοιαζε με παλιά εγκαταλελειμμένη αποθήκη. Επίσης το σπίτι δεν διαθέτει ντουλάπα με κρεμάστρες παρά μόνο ντουλάπια.
