4.0After booking was confirmed and reservations done, the apartment reception was not reachable at all! After speaking with booking dot com, we travelled from Munich to the location and even if it was ringing nobody answered our phone calls, I had to book an alternative hotel for my family!

10.0Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch das Frühstück und der Service haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

10.0Ein toller Aufenthalt in Worms Die Wohnung ist riesig. Für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern war sie ideal. Für mich das größte plus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch sehr groß. Das erleichtert Einiges. Sehr schön war auch das Bad- sehr geräumig. Kleine Abstriche gab es für den Balkon, den man nur über das Schlafzimmer erreichen kann. Die Betten waren dagegen sehr bequem.

10.0Coole Location im Zentrum Da wir gerne Mittelaltermärkte besuchen, fiel unsere Wahl auf diese versteckte Unterkunft. Wer hätte das gedacht? Draußen auf den Straßen der übliche Verkehr, den man als Touristen in einer fremden Stadt leider hinnehmen muss. Doch im Hotel mit der darin gelegenen Ferienwohnung wird jeder Stress vergessen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Boos und seine Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr liebevoll um die Gäste kümmern. Die Wohnung macht Freude und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Der Essensbereich hat Stil. Als wir die Kerzen angezündet hatten entstand ein wirklich sehr schöne Stimmung. Gerne erinnern wir uns an den Abend mit Kaminfeuer. Noch ein kleines Tipp am Rande: Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über eine gut eingerichtete Küche, man sollte sich aber das hervorragende Frühstücksbüfett, das im Erdgeschoss angeboten wird, nicht entgehen lassen.

5.0Das zusätzlich gebuchte Frühstück war gut,...
− In der Unterkunft ging die Fußbodenheizung nicht , es wurden Lüfter aufgestellt, es war aber trotzdem sehr kalt. Küche war unsauber, der Backofen nicht gereinigt und der Kühlschrank nicht abgetaut.
