Чудове місце для проживання! Номер повністю відповідає фото: дуже чисто, затишно. Ліжко зручне, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Локація зручна, поряд є вся необхідна інфраструктура. Однозначно рекомендую

Хороша квартира - відсутній сервіс. Дуже розчарована.

Квартира розташована в гарній новобудові. Простора, хороший ремонт. Зручне ліжко.

− Дуже поганий сервіс. Квартира позиціонує себе як елітні апартаменти, але при цьому в ванній кімнаті немає шторки для душу. Ванна кімната вся в чужому волоссі, кондиціонер - є, пульту немає. Де пульт - адміністратор не знає. В пральній машині - брудна білизна, на балкон не вийдеш - сушитися білизна. Я часто бронюю апартаменти, господарі в 99 % випадків залишають цукор, каву, олію, питну воду. Тут - розсипана упаковка солі, сірий туалетний папір, декілька пакетиків самого дешевого чорного чаю.. Як потрапити в квартиру - інструкції або схеми немає . Адмін, щось спорадично пише в вайбер, коли ти за кермом і немає можливості реагувати. Хороша квартира, але абсолютно не професійний сервіс. З таким сервісом, здавати квартиру можна тільки за безцінь. В менеджера немає мети щоб клієнт був задоволений і повернувся. Є мета не заплатити комісію за бронювання і не отримати поганий коментар. Для цього пропонують відмінити бронювання. Я майже ніколи не пишу поганих коментарів, але це бронювання мене дійсно роздратувало!
