Location near 2 train stations and a grocery/department store.

− We stayed for 27 nights. We asked for a late check out. They refused. We checked to see if anyone was staying the night we were leaving -nobody booked that night. We even told them we checked to see if anybody booked that night - they still refused. Not very accommodating for guests that stayed 27 nights. Here is their final response to our request: Thank you very much for your message, and for staying with us for the past 27 nights. We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding rescheduling the housekeeping service and understand how helpful a later departure would be given your evening flight. After careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate a late check-out on July 13. Regardless of the current reservation status shown online, the property must remain available for operational reasons, including cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and preparation for potential upcoming bookings. As a result, we are unable to postpone the housekeeping schedule or extend the check-out time beyond our standard check-out time of 10:00 AM. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to meet your request, especially after your extended stay with us. We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your kind understanding. Thank you once again for choosing our property. It has been our pleasure to host you, and we wish you a safe and pleasant journey home. Here is their response: I understand your concern regarding trash accumulation during your month-long stay. Standard policy is that we don't provide mid-stay trash collection services. If the indoor bins become full, we kindly ask you to use the "trash stocker" (storage box) at the property or the nearby designated municipal garbage collection area. You can find replacement trash bags in the storage area for your convenience.

− 密碼給錯在外苦等一個小時 客服人員卻不願意補償延遲退房（因此被扣一分） 床鋪偏硬 枕頭偏軟 一樓冷氣有時會有異味（請檢修）
