3.0La posizione strategica, la stazione metro vicina, il quartiere, la pulizia
− Al momento della prenotazione non viene specificato quale appartamento verrà affidato al cliente, le foto dei vari appartamenti sono presentate tutte insieme e perciò è impossibile farsi un’idea di cosa aspettarsi. Avendo visto le foto di più appartamenti siamo rimaste deluse dal nostro. L’appartamento era al 5 piano senza ascensore, piccolissimo sotto tetto surriscaldato con un piccolo ventilatore rumoroso e insufficiente a rinfrescare l’aria Abbiamo dovuto dormire con l’unica piccola finestra aperta col rischio che entrassero piccioni o topi durante la notte Nessun armadio o mobile dove poter mettere i vestiti né piani d’appoggio Un bagno microscopico dove per uscire dalla doccia si rischiava di rimanere incastrati tra porta e lavandino. Anche il check in è stato problematico: non avevamo ricevuto informazioni sufficienti per entrare nell’appartamento, e una volta entrate (alle 3 come avevamo scelto al momento della prenotazione) l’appartamento non era pronto e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che venisse pulito sul momento in appena mezz’ora. L’appartamento non è brutto, però ci sono moltissimi aspetti da migliorare per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno e soprattutto il cliente deve poter essere in grado di sceglierlo consapevole di ciò che lo aspetta. Le informazioni ricevute al momento della prenotazione sono ingannevoli

8.0The premise has nice decor and is located in a beautiful and quiet building.
− The host is quite slow in responding to messages. It stated in the listing that a fan is available, but no fan could be found. It is quite uneasy to sleep during heatwave with no fan and no air conditioning. When we messaged the host via Whatsapp, requesting for a fan, no reply was received. Whatsapp indicated that the host has read the message. Given the price of this property, I would expect better response and better facility.
