A charming and authentic house in a beautiful location, but with some practical shortcomings that affect comfort.
6.0The house is located in the historic town of Erice, in a quiet and peaceful area where you don’t notice the crowds of tourists in the evenings. It is a unique location and a great base for exploring the town. The kitchen is well equipped.
− We missed a large knife for cutting vegetables and a few wine glasses. There is no Wi-Fi, and mobile reception is very limited, making internet access difficult or impossible. The outdoor areas lack atmosphere; the garden looks untidy and is not set up for relaxing, and the rooftop terraces are unfurnished. The house has only one air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, making the second bedroom too hot to use comfortably in summer.

9.0Roberta was an amazing host.. incredibly friendly and welcoming and the story of the house being in his family for many years... Oh our hearts 💗🥰 The location is simply incredible. Perfectly situated for exploring both Erice and Trapani (best if you have a car). The beach was less than 30min away. Couldn't ask for a nicer and more patient person to welcome us to the wonderful town of Erice. Thank you!
− Honestly, the only fault we had was there was no cutting board and chef's knife for cooking meals. We probably could have asked our host but we don't like to fuss and it was a very minor thing. Fabulous all around.
