Molto consigliato per la posizione, da rivedere la pulizia e il soppalco

La posizione, super in centro e comodissima! Parcheggio per auto a soli 2 min a piedi
− Pulizia da migliorare e spazi poco funzionali. Purtroppo la pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare: sopra la doccia c'erano diverse ragnatele e sul piumino del letto abbiamo trovato vari capelli. Anche la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) è apparsa piuttosto usurata. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, la camera si trova su un soppalco dal soffitto così basso che è impossibile muoversi senza sbattere la testa. Il problema si risolve facilmente utilizzando il divano letto al piano inferiore, che suggerisco di preparare direttamente come letto principale.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, la casa è arredata molto bene, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve, anche per un soggiorno più lungo del nostro, consigliatissima. Posizione Top. p.s. mai avrei pensato di vedere un teatro romano e delle montagne di 4000 metri dalla finestra, seduto su un water :-D
− il soppalco decisamente basso rende la camera da letto poco agevole se siete alti, il problema si risolve facilmente usando il comodissimo divano letto della sala.

Posizione ottima. Disponibilità della proprietaria, che dà indicazioni precise sull’arrivo e per altre informazioni.
− Pulizia. Abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli nel letto al nostro arrivo. La stanza é scomoda da raggiungere, molto bassa.
