Einfaches Apartment in jedoch super Lage!

Super Lage direkt bei Bushaltestelle, Nähe Kinderlift, Nähe Coop. Indoor Schwimmbad. Toller sonniger Balkon.

− Ausstattung sehr alt. Teppichboden auch im Essbereich unhygienisch. Nicht barrierefrei.

Sehr gute Lage an der Skipiste. Hallenbad. Parkgarage. Im Prinzip schöne Wohnung mit prinzipiell auch guter Preis-Leistung wenn gewisse Mängel behoben werden.

− Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen insbesondere Küche/Bad. In der Küche dürfte eine Spülmaschine ergänzt werden bzw. würde ich das mittlerweilen als Standartausstattung bei einer Ferienwohnung ansehen, der alte Spannteppich ist nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäss. Betten sehr weich und abgenützt, Matratzen und insbesondere die abgenützten vergilbte Daunendecken und Kopfkissen sollten ersetzt werden
