Tolles, großes & modernes Appartment im Herzen der Stadt!
9.0sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei davon mit großem Doppelbett, eines mit einem Ausziehbett. Dazu gab es im Wohnbereich noch ein Ausziehschlafsofa. Maximal 8, besser 5 oder 6 Personen, drüber hinaus wird es wirklich eng (Esstisch hat 5 Sitzplätze, das dürfte auch die optimale Belegung sein). Appatment war im zweiten Stock - mit dem Aufzug kein Problem. Super ausgestattete Küche, wirklich alles da, was man braucht, bis hin zu Weaschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Schöner Ausblick, zentralere Lage geht nicht. Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr hochwertige Möbel, alles wirkte sehr neu, wir kamen uns vor wie die erssten Gäste. Sauberkeit tip top, das geht schlichtweg nicht besser. Das Appartmenthaus gehört zum sgrafit Hotel zwei Häuser weiter - die Rooftop Bar dort ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Ansonsten können wir auch das ca. 450 m entfernte Restaurant "Mährische Botschaft" empfehlen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei - für ihn völlig unproblematisch.
− Vorweg: Was jetzt kommt, ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: Das Appartment ist super, und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Ein paar winzigkleine Kritikpunkte: Der Self Check In: Der Computer führt einen durchs Menü - man zahlt per Karte - und dann: Fehlermeldung. Dreimal. Also HandyNummer angerufen, gottseidank sofort erreichbar - man gibt uns den Code zu einem Tresor, in dem ein Umschlag mit den Karten fürs Zimmer hinterlegt ist. Hat also letztendlich - mit ein paar Minuten Verzögerung - funktioniert, aber dann doch mit etwas Stress. Wir bevorzugen es aber, von einem echten Menschen begrüßt zu werden. Ansonsten nur Kleinigkeiten: Im Bad gibt es deutlich zu wenige Aufhänger (nämlich gar keine, da könnte man für ein paar Euro schnell nachrüsten), die Küchenschränke sind so hoch, dass ich (1,80m) gerade so das oberste Geschirr erreichen konnte (vielleicht anders einräumen?). In unserem Schlafzimmer fehlte uns irgendwie eine Nachttischlampe (?). Die Aufzugtür schließt sehr schnell, vier Leute kommen da schlicht nicht rein, dem dritten oder spätestens vierten hauts die Aufzugtür in die Seite.... Und innen im Aufzug wäre nochmal ein Aufkleber hilfreich, welches Appartment in welchem Stock ist (den gibts außen, da haben wir ihn bei der Ankunft im Dunkeln aber nicht gesehen). Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten.
