− Spiders in their webs in almost every corner. They were crawling in the bathtub as well. Booking doesn’t allow me to upload the video I took. Included pic. The train passes *right* outside the window every 30 mins. Very loud. Window in living/sleeping space was locked shut. Power went out. Property sent a guy and his very large dog, who tried to come in the flat. Was just circuit breaker. Then deduced that every time I tried to toast a bagel, the circuit breaker shut off. No kitchen towel or paper towel. Was problem when power went out and fridge leaked on floor. Luckily there was extra toilet paper. Neighbor smokes every couple hours. Steps away from his own building and his smoke wafts into the flat day and night. Bed sheets were rough, covered in “pills” and hair. Clearly were not washed since previous renter. Slept on top of the covers with one of my t-shirts over the pillow.

− Only feedback would be you could fit a small table and chair to eat a meal, that would be lovely.

5.0− Bath hot water was hit and miss no coat hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes coffee machine didn’t work and also needs bowl or sink plug to wash up
