7.0Central location. Spacious
− Some appliances did not work correctly, and this was known to the letting agents previously. We were pleased with the corrective actions undertaken by contractors but not so impressed with the reactions of the staff at the office when we visited to emphasise our disappointment. They reacted as if they couldn't care less, and gave the impression of ambivalence to our concerns. In saying that, we were pleased at the response received by phone calls. We did have an issue with the cluttered access to the boiler in closet. We took some photos and gave them to the letting agents.
