− Balkon wegen Schäden nicht nutzbar, Polster passen nicht zu Möbeln. Gummidichtungen an Dusche schimmelig. Vorhang in Wohnzimmer zu schmal, im 2. Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden (merkwürdiges Stoffteil)

8.0Gute zentrale und auch ruhige Lage, Balkon recht alt, aber hervorragend bei heißem Wetter. Wohnung gut und modern ausgestattet.
− Vermutlich wurde das Sofa kürzlich von einer verschwitzten Person benutzt und müsste gereinigt werden. Unangenehm für Gäste mit 'sensiblem' Geruchssinn...

− Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind muffig - sauber und gewaschen, aber sehr muffiger Geruch. Treppenhaus ist ziemlich steil und nicht toll. Schimmelflecken in der Dusche

9.0Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
− Ist nur eine Kleinigkeit,die Terrasse ist richtig schön aber das Holz darauf schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
