8.0Points forts : Emplacement et cadre : Situation géographique excellente offrant un environnement particulièrement calme. Propreté et confort : Appartement impeccable à l'arrivée ; literie principale et oreillers d'une très bonne qualité garantissant un bon confort de sommeil. Accueil et service : Équipe de conciergerie réactive, à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour.
− Points d'amélioration : Aménagement extérieur : Absence de parasol ou de système d'ombrage sur la terrasse, la rendant difficilement utilisable aux heures ensoleillées (càd quasiment toute la journée) en raison d'une forte exposition. Espace douche/WC : Salle d'eau et cabine de douche vraiment exiguës ; douche nécessite une attention particulière en raison d'un sol glissant. L'absence de supports muraux pour les produits de douche (savon, shampoing) s'avère peu pratique. Équipements de cuisine : Espace cuisine restreint se limitant à une kitchenette basique (stricte minimum) plutôt qu'à une cuisine équipée. Matériel et ustensiles : Remplacement à prévoir pour certains ustensiles de cuisine fortement usés, voire cassés. Vaisselle à prévoir, notamment des verres à vin. De plus, la présence d'une cafetière à pression (type French press) à la place d'une machine à café standard pourrait être précisée en amont pour les amateurs. Informations sur les conditions de séjour : Manque de clarté concernant la politique relative aux animaux de compagnie. L'application effective ou non d'un supplément ainsi que son montant ne sont pas explicités formellement lors de la réservation.

6.0Location is a big plus, everything close by.
− The apartment was far too warm, and even with the air conditioning running 24/7, the temperature only dropped to 27–28°C, making sleep difficult. The main gate was closed for most of Saturday, which made moving a stroller through the small alternative doors very inconvenient. The additional €20 pet fee for two nights was not communicated in advance despite our information about bringing a dog. We were also notified of a room change only upon arrival, which was disappointing.

− El funcionamiento aire acondicionado.
Teleurstellend. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
4.0De locatie is prima. De loft was schoon.
− Veel achterstallig onderhoud in en om de loft. De bank was versleten en was vreselijk om op te zitten. Het matras was zeer slecht, je voelde de veren overal doorheen. De airco maakt een enorm hard geluid en koelt niet genoeg terug, koelt tot slechts 24,5 graden. De eetkamerstoelen zitten niet lekker. De stoeltjes buiten zitten niet lekker. Het tuintje is erg verouderd, planten zijn dood, kunstgras is vies en versleten, houten plantenbakken zijn verrot. Toen wij aankwamen in de middag was het bijna 29 graden in de loft, de airco stond uit en het bleek 's avonds dat hij kapot was. Hij had 4 uur gedraaid en de temperatuur binnen was totaal niet gezakt!! Normaal gesproken zorg je toch dat het lekker koel is als je nieuwe gasten moet verwelkomen! Er hingen luxaflex voor de ramen en de zon stond vanaf eind ochtend tot halverwege avond op de ramen. Dit was niet voldoende om de warmte buiten te houden. Dit was ook niet voldoende om de kamer 's nachts donker te maken. Oftewel het was 's nachts nog veel te licht om te kunnen slapen en de slechte matrassen hielpen ook niet mee.

− A légkondícionáló berendezés a fenti hálórészben kellemetlen szagot ontott, az ágyak egy rèsze lehett volna kényelmesebb. Jó lett volna a hét személyhez még egy Wc....
