9.0− A little noisy on the Saturday night due to kids on a night out, but other than that, no complaints at all.
A pleasant 4 night stay
7.0The location was very good particularly for the old part of town and marina and a nice view from living room. Shame about the noise from revellers on Friday and Saturday night from around 2 am which was annoying if sleeping in mezzanine bedroom. Sarah was very helpful fixing a couple of initial issues.
− A mirror is needed in both bedrooms. It would be helpful to have a J-cloth, kitchen roll and spare bin bag. Tea and long life milk were appreciated but please no "3 in 1 coffee" containing milk and sugar. Individual coffee sachets would be much better.
Lovely flat, great location, slightly deceiving

− Need to provide more than one toilet roll for two bathrooms. This shouldn’t be advertised as two bedrooms. It is one bedroom and a bed on a mezzanine, open to the living room and kitchen. All clothes and bedding smelled of cooked food.

10.0The apartment was as described. Clean and comfortable. A few things were not working but Sarah quickly made arrangements for it to be put right. Sarah was quick to respond to questions and was engaging. Well done. Keep it up. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
