Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Gartenbenutzung ist im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen genial. Die Lage ist optimal. Kurzer Weg zum Rhein und zum Schwimmbad. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Gemütliche FeWo in ruhiger Lage fußläufig zum Rhein. Gute Ausstattung. Viele kostenlose Kaffeespezialitäten. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ein großes Plus. Die kleine Terrasse zum Garten ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Gewinn.
− In der Küche wäre mehr freie Ablage- bzw. Schrankfläche für eigene, mitgebrachte Lebensmittel wünschenswert.
