10.0It was a pleasant and relaxing environment. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

8.0− Just the keys not being in the box, and having to call the owner and wait for close to 10 minutes while they were being brought to us.. meanwhile it was dark outside with my kids in the car waiting...had to eventually leave the car and ask the security to allow us to come inside and wait in the lobby...but once that was sorted everything else was okay. The numbering on the safes as well needs to be sorted...some are not clear, faded or not even numbered
