The beach was near.

− The place was below standard, had a horrible fish smell. Out dated facilities. Only one bathroom and toilet for 6 people to share. Needs a huge upgrade. Very disappointed.

Just the beach

− The whole weekend on 2 family's enjoyed the pool area...the area only was enough for them

We enjoyed the fact that it was easy to access to the beach. There were swimming pools and a kiddies playground within the complex. The flat was clean and convenient with everything we needed and wanted

The location is always perfect. Love that we are right on the beach, but also can have some relaxing time away from the hustle.

− First time we visited this place was top notch. But this time it's really been disappointing. The drawers inside the freezer are broken. The door on the freezer and fridge can't close without a struggle. The aircon did not worked on our first night.. It got fixed, but only made a little bit of cold. After a few days it started leaking heavily. An aircon by the beach is simply a must have. Our first night was so hot and uncomfortable with our 3 year old crying most of the time as she could not sleep. The cushions on the beds are so hard, you can't sleep on it. Really needs an update on a frying pan. And the lazy boy couches were all broken and would not open. Unfortunately I don't think we will be staying here again. Places like this really needs to be punctually maintained. When we do holiday we pay to have comfort. Which is a necessity and preference for us.

The pool and access to the beach was great and we still had a great time in the South Coast.

− The property is old and poorly maintained, which made our stay quite disappointing. The unit felt cluttered, with plastic flowers covering the walls and filling almost every nook and cranny. The bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, to the point where it felt like sleeping directly on a wooden base. In addition, some of the kitchen plug points were not working. We made use of the sleeper couch for our 8-year-old; however, it is old, worn out, even though the owner claimed it was bought last year. After our stay, I requested the return of my holding deposit, but the owner refused, claiming there was a tear in the sleeper couch. This was not something we noticed during our stay, especially considering that other items, such as the pillows, were already in a worn condition. The unit is also very small, and the pictures are misleading, as the space is not suitable for the number of occupants advertised. Additionally, the layout is impractical — you cannot use the air conditioning indoors while enjoying the patio, as it blows hot air directly onto the patio area, making it uncomfortably hot. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We have never experienced issues with previous bookings, which made this stay particularly frustrating.
