− La limpieza y el mantenimiento dejan bastante que desear.

8.0Tolles und ruhiges Appartement mit viel Platz, zentrums- und strandnah. Supermarkt und div. Restaurants auch in der Nähe.
− Wir hätten uns eine Einweisung in die häuslichen Gegebenheiten gewünscht. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgte ausschließlich auf Spanisch und online. Eine kurze Beschreibung für den mit gebuchten Parkplatz und den WLAN Schlüssel wäre schon hilfreich gewesen. Die in der Wohnung zu findende Fernsteuerung war leider ohne Funktion am Garagentor. Damit haben wir zumindest die mit gebuchte Parkmöglichkeit nicht nutzen können, was aber in der Nebensaison kein Problem darstellte, da ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür zu finden waren und wir auch so nicht mehr nachgefragt haben. Den Router und damit den Internetzugang haben wir dann nach längerem Suchen in dem Hifi Schrank gefunden.

Calidad precio y confort todo a mano en el medio de Foz
10.0Buena relación calidad precio, la cocina bien, dos baños dos habitaciones, bien situado, no me hizo falta el parking ya que se aparca bien cerca del portal, un buen campamento base para hacer excursiones por la zona, cuando llegas a casa lo tienes todo a mano. Lo mejor que bien de precio, si lo que buscas es confort y solo pasar por casa para dormir.

7.0La ubicación genial, zona tranquila pero próxima a locales de restauración. Todo muy limpio y muy completo.
− Siento tener que decirlo, pero así espero mejoren ese aspecto. Dos baños completos y ni una sola toalla, encontré una en un mueble de la habitación, ni geles de baño y un rollo de papel WC ya usado( con poco papel) solo en uno de los baños, y sin repuesto. Solo pasé una noche pero de todas las veces que usé este tipo de alquileres vacacionales para una noche tenía todos los servicios, toallas varias, papel, gel, servilletas etc.
