With the hindering noise of the aircon compressor 24/7 and dirty shower I will not recommend it

Location near office

− The shower floor, wall tiles and ceiling full of black algae with a rotten hole Shower floor is septic, unhygienic and dirty The aircon compressor next door at nr 14 near the flat bathroom course a lot of noise every 15 minutes when it starts up and sleep at night is interrupted and not possible I did phone the owner to shut down the aircon next door and clean the shower floor on day 2 of the stay. The cleaners clean the flat but not the shower. The shower needs to be disinfected as this is not acceptable.
