10.0Чиста, охайна квартира в зручному для нас місці. Ми були втрьох: двоє дорослих і підліток. Зручні спальні місця. Гаряча вода, холодильник, чайник. Зупинялись на одну ніч.
− Не включився чайник, бо розетка не працювала. Включила у сусідню, тимчасово вимкнувши з неї щось. Це єдине)))

9.0Хороша квартира, охайна, чистенька. Чудове розташування, всі зручності. Власниця завжди на звязку, гарна комунікація.
− Нажаль на кухні не тримають завіси, тому треба обережно, вже необхідно навести косметичний ремонт, там підклеїти, там підфарбувати. Також парковка в дворі і проїзд дуже вузькі. Якщо ви кросовером то це треба враховувати.
