Irresponsible owners that make hell of the war even worse to bear.
1.0− I was trying to find place to sleep in this city near the warzone. My booking was accepted immediately, but there was no chance to get into touch with owners and I had to look for another accommodation just before curfew. This is now often the case in Ukraine - hosts neglects control over reservations and accept bookings even when they are full of closed. This is extremely irresponsible as many people in difficult situation are looking for shelter, and they are being constantly deceived by this kind of attitude. Shame on them.
