VERY clean! Good midpoint to everything in Colorado Springs, and easy to get most anywhere you want to go via driving or Uber.

− Being from Texas, we like our air conditioning. Otherwise, very comfortable stay and would stay here again!

It was cute and clean. The instructions were clear and the fees were mostly reasonable.

− It's not in the best part of town, and there are a few shady neighbors/loose dogs that roam around. We were a little concerned about our vehicles getting broken into, but the actual rental was very nice.
