Загалом залишилися дуже приємні враження. Комфортне житло, привітна власниця та все необхідне для приємного проживання.
10.0Чисто, комфортно, є все необхідне: рушники, посуд, каструля та сковорідка, пральна машина із сушкою. Є Smart TV та кондиціонер — у квартирі комфортна температура. Власниця привітна та завжди на зв’язку. Можна без проблем готувати та прати речі — усе для зручного проживання
− Із мінусів — лише старенький під’їзд та досить гучна сирена повітряної тривоги вночі.
Найкращі враження, розташування ідеально підібране, в квартирі ідеальна чистота, чудові умови для проживання

6.0Мені сподобалось місце розташування, інтер'єр квартири і наявність кондиціонера. За такі гроші може бути.
− Посуд брудний: чашки з плямами, сковорода в плямах від жиру, в шафі з посудою все недомите. В під'їзді сильно смердить, дуже брудно і все жахливо виглядає.
