− We have mixed emotions about the property. My husband is handicapped and everything fell on me. The location was not convenient to loading and unloading the car. In fact it made it quite difficult.

7.0Convenient location and comfortable space. Everything needed was available, and the police/fire station literally surrounding the property added safety assurance. Matty,renting bikes at the entrance,was super nice and informative.
− Crab Shack across the road blaring screaming music and disgusting language very late really sucked. Internet was out 3 of 6 days. Upstairs tenets sounded like they were literally rebuilding the unit the last few days 🙄 The property itself was very nice 👍

− The pictures make it look bigger then it is. Outside sitting/deck area is in need of pressure washing. The decking is moldy & very slippery, lawsuit waiting to happen. Only 2 forks in the kitchen. The toilet screams every time it’s flushed. You can hear the upstairs guests every step.
