Es war alles vorbereitet. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist perfekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

− Es gab klare Regeln, was die Lautstärke anging. Das hat uns nicht betroffen, da wir eine sehr ruhige Familie sind. Für andere Reisegruppen, die Abends noch sitzen und sich unterhalten möchten kann das durchaus schwierig werden, die Regeln einzuhalten.

A very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great location - lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a nice, but long, walk to the beach. Nicely decorated. Well-equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

− There was only one parking permit so only one car could be parked nearby for more than two hours. There was only one key so we could not split up for activities.

No breakfast at all

− The person in charge of the property needs to be a bit more flexible with guests regarding checkout. We arrived at the property at 5:00 PM. May 24,2026 We were very stressed and tired from all the driving. The next morning, when we were due to leave, on May 25, a woman came at 10 o'clock sharp to tell us we had to go. By them, we were almost ready to leave She came back a second time at 10.30am ; we were ready. But a man arrived behind her, telling us we had to leave the property immediately and that he was charging us $50 from our deposit for delay. We found this lack of consideration over such a short amount of time unacceptable. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We feel mistreated.

bliska lokalizacja do plaży Santa Monica / Venice bardzo spokojna okolica co za tym idzie bezpieczna niedaleko sklepy i kawiarnie duża kuchnia i dwie łazienki darmowy parking (i to dość szeroki) bardzo dobre instrukcje co do odbioru kluczy/lokalizacji parkingu - tak to powinno zawsze wyglądać :)

− szkoda że jeden prysznic, ale dalej można chodzić na górę kanapa w salonie (ta rozkładana) trochę mało wygodna, ale to już kwestia rozłożenia ilości gości więc to nie jakiś duży minus
