1.0− I had a negative experience booking accommodation through Booking.com. For the first time in many years of using the service, I've fallen victim to scammers. The apartment I booked most likely doesn't exist; its description and photos are being used as bait to attract clients. The person whose phone number is listed as the apartment owner on Booking.com immediately moved the conversation to Telegram, and his chat is set to disappear after 24 hours. He didn't respond to my messages through Booking.com chat. An hour before my arrival, I was told that the apartment wasn't available, but I could choose another one. I'd been driving all day and was so tired that I didn't have the energy to start searching again. Plus, it was Friday evening, so the chances of finding something quickly were slim, so I was forced to settle for another apartment. As a result, instead of a modern apartment, I got a run-down Khrushchev-era apartment for a higher price.

− Повна безвідповідальність персоналу. За декілька днів, за день та зранку в день заїзду неодноразово звʼязувався з адміністратором і мені підтвердили що все добре з бронюванням. Але вже о 13:00 сказали - так, зараз підберемо вам що є в наявності. Тобто вони навіть не розглядали можливість того що нададуть заброньовану квартиру, бо «Ви орендуєте лише на 2 добі і ніхто не буде тримати квартиру для вас» Тобто ті, хто орендують на 1-2доби - не люди і з ними можна поводитись як завгодно. Після чого скинули мені 3 варіанти одним з яких була саме ця квартира але вже з вищою ціною. На питання - чому так? Відповідь - «а, ой, її вже немає». Не рекомендую.
