Training at Sinbi but want a little comfort

Overall the property is well maintained. Location is secluded so there isn't a lot of traffic noises. Great for travelers who wish to go to Sinbi muay thai boxing gym, only 18 mins walk. Having your own washing machine is priceless. Plus as you have a balcony easy to dry clothes.

− Additional charges for water and electricity usage. As in my experience this is all inclusive based on your length of stay. Having electric and water reading taken at the start and end of stay ( by host ) while accurate. Again not something I have ever experienced with holiday accommodation.

Ok place with great view of Rawai

Great, spacious rooms, fantastic view from the room. Washer and drying rack on site. Very VERY soft beds. Location was ok, nice Indian restaurant and scooter rental close by.

− Host was upset that we arrived late due to delayed flight, rushed through check in. Didn't realise there was separate fees for water and electric add it is not on site but sent in email after you book. For our 5 days, cost extra ฿1200. Host did not offer any info about property, i.e. where to go for gym, expectations upon check out, etc. He did say to message one person if any issues but that number was wrong, person was not in the country. Had issues with appliances and nothing was addressed during our stay. Shower looks amazing, but when turned on it sprays all over and alternative sprayer is at face height, very uncomfortable.
