7.0เป็นการรับกุญแจในเมลล์บ็อค และประตูก่อนเข้าห้องพักต้องใช้รหัสผ่านให้การเข้าห้อง แนะนำให้ผู้ดูแลบอกวิธีการใช้กุญแจ หรือวิธีใช้รหัสผ่านของประตูกับลูกค้าด้วย ในบางรายอาจจะไม่ทราบถึงวิธีการมากนัก อย่างไรก็ตามวิธีนี้ถือเป็นวิธีที่ยอดเยี่ยม
− เราเช็คเอ้าตอนช่วงประมาณ 11 โมง ตรงตาม Policy แต่เราลืมของฝากไว้ในที่ห้องพัก ซึ่งก็เป็นความผิดเราที่ลืมของไว้ด้วยส่วนนึง ซึ่งผู้ดูแลก็ส่งรูปภาพมาหลังจากออกจากที่พักได้ราวๆ 1 ชม. ว่าเราลืมของนะ เราก็ตอบกลับภายใน 1 นาทีที่ผู้ดูแลแจ้งมา เราแจ้งว่าเราจะเข้าไปรับด้วยตัวเองที่ๆพัก แต่ไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับมาผู้ดูแลราวๆ 20 กว่านาที เรารีบกลับไปจนถึงที่พักที่ล็อบบี้โรงแรม เราก็แจ้งกับผู้ดูแลว่าเรามาถึงแล้ว จากนั้นเขาตอบกลับว่าเขาจะเช็คทีมแม่บ้านให้ แต่แล้วก็พบว่าแม่บ้านได้ย้ายไปทำความสะอาดอีกโรงแรมนึงโดยเอาของๆเราไปด้วยโดยที่ไม่แจ้งอะไรกับเราเลยแม้แต่น้อย เราต้องย้อนกลับไปอีกโรงแรมนึงซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินทางราวๆ 15 นาที ไปถึงที่หมายก็ไม่เจอทีมแม่บ้านอยู่ดี เพราะต้องทำความสะอาด เราใช้เวลารอแม่บ้านราวๆ 30 นาที กว่าจะได้ของคืน ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ค่อนข้างแย่สำหรับเรา แพลนที่วางไว้ก่อนเดินทางกลับล่มแบบไม่มีชิ้นดี

10.0Gepflegte und super ausgestattete Wohnung von Putzmitteln über Küchen-Utensilien bis zum Fön ist alle vorhanden
− Es fehlten nur Brotmesser ansonsten alles da.
