Bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy na recepcji (24h)- pomogli w każdej sprawie, Apartament nr 415 ma balkon z pięknym widokiem na góry, 2 telewizory- w jednym nawet możliwość netflixa, w drugim pokoju (sypialni) kanały słowackie, angielskie, niemieckie. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wycieszony- nic nie słychać z korytarza ani pokoi obok ani z zewnątrz. Jest też bardzo ciepły. Łazienka jest duża ze zwykła wanną (jacuzzi i sauna są na parterze dodatkowo płatne 28euro za godzinę na rodzinę), jest suszarka do włosów. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w sztućce, szklanki, kieliszki, korkociąg. Obiekt jest dosłownie 1 min od stacji Strebskie Pleso co jest bardzo praktyczne, gdy chcemy podróżować pociągiem. Krótki spacer dzieli nas też od Strebskiego Jeziora, obok są supermarket, liczne lokale gastronomiczne i punkty sprzedaży pamiątek. Na miejscu jest parking płatny za dobę 10euro. Skorzystaliśmy też z suszarni na buty, jest tam też miejsce do przechowania roweru czy hulajnogi. Przy sali restauracyjnej jest spora sala zabaw z małpim gajem, bilardem, piłkarzykami, stołem do ping-ponga, fliperem i biblioteczką
