Удобство, разположение, тишина, комплекс ново строителство. Хранителен магазин много наблизо. Централна градска част.

− Липсва фурна за печене в кухнята. Терасното обзавеждане беше изхабено и счупено. Липсваха инструкции за ползване на основни неща. Отоплителна система не беше активна.
