Parkovanie zadarmo hned pred dverami.

− Necakal som ze vstup do apartmánu bude priamo z ulice. Ak sa niekto nadomnou sprchoval, pocul som z kupelne padajucu a spliechajucu vodu v odpadovych trubkach. Vedla z garaze bolo tiez pocut rachotanie ked tam nieco robili. Mne to nejak extra nevadilo ale niekto by to nezniesol.
