8.0− Tive uma má experiência com a entrega das chaves , pois o cofre está um bocado avariado e torna se um bocado complicado abrir Tentei contactar o número não dava simplesmente só dava para falar por mensagem ! Os chuveiros das casas de banho precisam de manutenção, a televisão do quarto não funciona e não havia luz no quarto mais pequeno ! É a segunda vez que estive lá e desta vez vi tudo um bocado com falta de manutenção!

− O cheiro a mofo na casa. A coluna de hidromassagem do quarto suite estar com a torneira em mau estado. A louça nos armários tinha pó e tivemos de a lavar para usar. E por último não nos terem dado a hipótese de um check-out tardio já que nos fizeram fazer um check in tardio.
Péssima experiência. Exageradamente caro para as condições que disponibilizam.
2.0Da decoração da casa, tendo em conta o prédio .
− Depois de combinar a hora de checkin, contávamos encontrar a casa minimamente climatizada. Errado, não tinha qualquer aquecimento ligado. Estava muito frio. Além disso, as roupas de cama eram insuficientes, tivemos que recorrer ao uso de toalhas para nos aquecer durante a noite. De lamentar também que um dos 3 quartos não tem Ar Condicionado, não é aceitável. Estava gelado sem possibilidade de ser usado por alguém, muito memos por uma criança. De referir também que os equipamentos de AC são desligados remotamente durante a noite. Das duas noites reservadas, só usamos uma. Não ficamos nestas condições .
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
